To explore the experiences and preferences of consumers receiving FACT services.
To identify specific aspects of FACT that consumers find helpful or unhelpful.

Conducted semi-structured interviews with 14 FACT consumers in Ohio.
Utilized open coding analysis on transcribed interview data to identify key themes.

Main Results:

Most consumers reported no significant complaints about FACT.
Consumers found housing assistance, access to mental health services, medication, and psychiatrists particularly beneficial.
Key helpful aspects included housing support and access to psychiatric care.

Conclusions:

FACT consumers have complex needs requiring intensive, wide-ranging services, especially early in treatment.
Collaboration with initiatives like Housing First is crucial for engagement and rapport.
Further research is needed on adapting FACT for justice-involved populations and its impact on psychiatric outcomes.
