Objective:
The aim of this retrospective study is to report the MRI findings of biopsyproven Aspergillus spondylitis.
Conclusion:
Aspergillus spondylitis should be suspected when multiple disk levels are involved with skip lesions or subligamentous spread on MRI. A serrated appearance of the vertebral endplates and subchondral T2 hypointensity are suggestive of Aspergillus spondylitis.
