Are AHSG polymorphisms directly associated with coronary atherosclerosis?

This study found no significant association between specific AHSG gene variants and coronary artery disease (CAD) in patients undergoing angiography. The investigated AHSG single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) did not correlate with the presence or severity of coronary atherosclerosis.
