Abortive segmental perineal hemangioma.

• The case represents a unique instance of an ulcerated, segmental abortive hemangioma.
• Topical timolol gel was utilized for treatment.
• The lesion showed an excellent clinical response to the topical therapy.

• Topical timolol gel may be an effective treatment for specific types of infantile hemangiomas.
