T cell factor 1 regulates thymocyte survival via a RORγt-dependent pathway

T cell factor-1 (TCF-1) promotes the survival of double-positive (DP) thymocytes by increasing RORγt. This TCF-1/RORγt pathway is crucial for regulating DP thymocyte lifespan and T cell development.
