Bleomycin injection effectively treats lymphatic malformations, offering good results for most patients. This sclerotherapy method is safe and beneficial, especially for unicystic and macrocystic types.

  • Excellent or good outcomes (≥50% volume reduction without symptoms) were achieved in 17 patients (71%).
