Risk factors for Staphylococcus aureus postpartum breast abscess.

New findings identify key risk factors for Staphylococcus aureus (SA) breast abscesses in postpartum women, including breastfeeding difficulties and employment outside the home. These factors are consistent for both MRSA and MSSA infections.
