Focal epithelial hyperplasia: Case report

Focal epithelial hyperplasia, a rare oral lesion caused by human papilloma virus (HPV), was observed in a 15-year-old patient. Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis, with environmental exposure suspected as the transmission route.
