Disease associated cytokine SNPs database: an annotation and dissemination model

A new database, DACS-DB, catalogs 63,000 cytokine gene single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and their associations with 853 diseases. This resource aims to clarify the causal role of cytokine SNPs in disease pathogenesis and identify potential drug targets.
