Summary

Purpose of the Study:
- To evaluate the efficacy of inferior glenoid component tilt in reducing radiographic scapular notching.

- A prospective randomized trial involving 52 patients undergoing reverse shoulder arthroplasty for cuff tear arthropathy.
- Patients were randomized to receive a glenoid component with no inferior tilt (control) or 10° inferior tilt.
- Radiographic notching and clinical outcomes were assessed at a minimum of 1-year follow-up.
