Abstract:
The development of adenoma and adenocarcinoma at the site of ureterocolic anastomosis are recognized complications of internal urinary diversions, most of which are to the sigmoid colon. A rare case of adenoma developing at a ureterocaecal anastomosis was diagnosed by the unusual means of percutaneous trans ureteric sinography.
