Abstract:
Nanoscaled nitrogen doped anatase TiO(2) with dominant (001) facets, which exhibited high photocatalytic activity and excellent photoelectrochemical properties under visible light irradiation, was successfully synthesized by solvothermal treatment of TiN in acidic NaBF(4) solution for the first time.
