Early changes in alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) levels can predict sorafenib treatment response in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. Des-gamma-carboxy prothrombin (DCP) elevation does not necessarily indicate treatment failure.

Purpose of the Study:
