Summary

Three new Human Leukocyte Antigen - DRB1 (HLA-DRB1) variants were identified in Caucasoid individuals using sequence-based typing. These novel alleles, DRB1*03:05:03, DRB1*11:10:02, and DRB1*14:86, expand the known HLA-DRB1 genetic diversity.
