Background:

Psychotic disorders, particularly paranoia, significantly impact patient well-being and treatment efficacy.
Current assessment methods may not fully capture the dynamic and individualized nature of psychotic symptoms.

Purpose of the Study:

To demonstrate the utility of ESM for assessing paranoia and related factors in patients with psychotic disorder.
To highlight how real-life diary techniques can provide individualized and clinically relevant information.
To explore within-patient and between-group differences in symptom patterns, social interactions, risk profiles, and temporal dynamics.
