Effect of lateral epicondylosis on grip force development

Lateral epicondylosis (LE) impairs rapid grip force generation, leading to reduced rate of force development and increased electromechanical delay. These deficits, alongside decreased grip strength, may increase reaction time and symptom recurrence risk in patients with LE.
