Summary
Robot-assisted laparoscopic retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RPLND) is safe and effective for adolescents with paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma and testicular germ-cell tumors. This minimally invasive approach offers good outcomes with low morbidity.
