Summary

The electrical perception threshold (EPT) has variable reliability in healthy individuals and shows limited responsiveness in spinal cord injury (SCI) patients within six months post-injury. Sensory recovery is poor, suggesting EPT may detect subtle changes in incomplete SCI.
