Silodosin and its potential for treating premature ejaculation: a preliminary report

Silodosin, a selective alpha-1A adrenoceptor antagonist, shows promise for treating premature ejaculation by significantly prolonging ejaculatory latency. While side effects like anejaculation occurred, they were generally well-tolerated by participants.
