  • Twenty interventions were randomly selected and coded by nine clinical pharmacists to analyze kappa (κ) coefficient statistics.

  • Global consistency was high for NOM cause (87.8%) and NOM type (95.0%).
  • Inter-rater agreement was substantial for intervention reasons (κ=0.74) and excellent for NOM type (κ=0.87).
  • Agreement for intervention impact was fair (κ=0.24).
