Quantitative T2' imaging in patients with clinically isolated syndrome

T2' imaging showed no significant differences in clinically isolated syndrome (CIS) patients compared to healthy controls. However, T2' values correlated with lesion volume, suggesting potential for monitoring disease progression in multiple sclerosis.
