Is nurse interpretation of the ECG QRS width reliable?

Nurses can often identify a wide QRS complex on electrocardiograms (ECGs) but struggle to accurately measure its duration. Verbal ECG reports from nurses may not be sufficient for assessing sodium channel antagonist overdose.
