    Abstract:

Three cases of granular cell myoblastoma involving the large bile ducts are reported. Two of the patients were proved to have multifocal tumors. These tumors may clinically simulate sclerosing adenocarcinomas. Technical difficulties with these tumors for the consulting pathologist are discussed.
