Self-report inventories are objective personality assessments that use multiple-choice items or numbered scales, typically ranging from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). They are often called Likert scales after Rensis Likert. These inventories are widely used due to their ease of administration and cost-effectiveness. Background:

The Behavior Problems Inventory-01 (BPI-01) is a 49-item informant-based tool for assessing behavior problems in intellectual disabilities (ID).
The Behavior Problems Inventory-Short Form (BPI-S) is a condensed 30-item version derived from the BPI-01.

Purpose of the Study:

To evaluate the psychometric properties of the BPI-01 and the BPI-S.
