Abstract:
A case of acute ischemia of the right inferior limb after anti-tuberculous therapy in a 42-Year old woman is reported. This complication was confirmed by artheriography and the investigation revealed vasculitis and anti-histone antibodies. Drug-induced lupus was then diagnosed.
