  • This specific combination of RVOT aneurysm and thrombus after surgical repair is uncommon.

Findings:

  • The patient underwent successful re-operation, including thrombectomy to remove the clot.
  • Excision of the RVOT aneurysm was performed to address the structural abnormality.
  • Pulmonary valve replacement was also conducted during the re-operative procedure.
