Summary

A 54-year-old woman developed palpable purpura on her legs and abdomen after anisoylated plasminogen streptokinase activator complex (APSAC) treatment for myocardial infarction. Skin biopsy confirmed leucocytoclastic vasculitis, which resolved within two weeks.
