Abstract:
A new technique for secondary correction of unilateral cleft lip nose deformity is described. It is a combination of Tajima's reverse-U incision and Rethi's columella-alar rim incision techniques. It gives a markedly increased exposure under better direct vision and enables easier and more accurate handling of the nasal framework in secondary correction of the unilateral cleft lip nose deformity.
