Correlation between p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase and human telomerase reverse transcriptase in sarcomas

p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) correlates positively with human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) in sarcomas. Higher p38 MAPK expression is linked to worse patient prognosis, suggesting its role in hTERT regulation and as a prognostic marker.
