The study population was predominantly white, married women with college education, mostly diagnosed with breast cancer.
Commonly reported issues included fatigue, forgetfulness, joint pain, anxiety, and sleep disturbances.
Survivors with non-breast solid tumors reported more issues than those with breast or hematologic cancers.

Conclusions:

Cancer survivors face persistent, multifaceted problems impacting their quality of life.
Web-based technology offers a viable platform for future, large-scale needs assessments.
Findings underscore the necessity for improved and tailored support services for cancer survivors.
