Single-balloon enteroscopy (SBE)-assisted direct percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy (DPEJ) offers a safe and effective method for jejunal enteral feeding. This technique demonstrated high success rates, improving patient outcomes when gastric feeding is not tolerated.
