Two-view and single-view tomosynthesis versus full-field digital mammography: high-resolution X-ray imaging observer

Two-view tomosynthesis significantly improves diagnostic accuracy compared to 2D mammography, especially for less experienced readers detecting masses and microcalcifications. Single-view tomosynthesis showed no significant difference from 2D mammography.
