Summary

Spectral Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) measurements of lower tear meniscus parameters, specifically tear meniscus area (TMA) and tear meniscus height (TMH), show high accuracy in diagnosing dry eye syndrome. These OCT findings correlate well with traditional dry eye tests and patient-reported symptoms.
