Sorafenib demonstrated antitumor efficacy across all thyroid cancer subtypes, including differentiated, medullary, and anaplastic types, in a retrospective analysis of refractory metastatic thyroid cancer patients. This finding supports further investigation of sorafenib for advanced thyroid cancer treatment.
