[Participation of innate immunity factors in pathogenesis of psoriatic lesions]
Abstract:
In the study concerning morphology and pathogenesis of psoriasis a number of Langerghans's cells (CD1a+) and an expression of toll-like receptors (TLR2, TLR4, TLR9) in psoriatic and normal skin has been estimated. A statistically significant increase of Langerghans's cells as well as the expression of TLR2 and TLR4 in psoriatic lesions has been founded out. The importance of observation in the pathogenesis of psoriasis has been discussed.
