Bladder dysfunction in hereditary spastic paraplegia: a clinical and urodynamic evaluation.

Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) patients often experience voiding dysfunction, with urgency and frequency being common. Despite detrusor overactivity and dyssynergia, upper urinary tract complications are rare in HSP.
