Osteopathic manipulative treatment effectiveness in severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: a pilot study

Osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) combined with pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) significantly improved exercise capacity in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). OMT+PR also reduced residual volume more effectively than PR alone.
