Summary
Pulmonary hypertension (PH) before initial lung transplantation does not predict PH before a second transplant. PH before re-transplantation also did not impact outcomes in lung transplant recipients.

Purpose of the Study:
- To determine the relationship between pulmonary hemodynamics before first and second lung transplantation.
