Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate long-term computed tomography (CT) and endoscopic findings after ESS in pediatric chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps.
  • To establish appropriate postoperative follow-up durations for different pediatric patient groups.

  • Categorization into bilateral sinusitis with nasal polyps (BSP) and unilateral sinusitis with antrochoanal polyps (USP) groups.
