SAINT-MS1: protein-protein interaction scoring using label-free intensity data in affinity purification-mass

We developed SAINT-MS1, a new statistical method for analyzing protein-protein interactions using label-free mass spectrometry intensity data. This tool improves the detection of interactions, especially those with low protein abundance.
