A woman with cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak developed severe headaches and face blindness (prosopagnosia) due to subdural hematomas. Her symptoms improved as the hematomas resolved, suggesting a link between CSF leaks, brain bleeds, and reversible prosopagnosia.
