Coronary dominance patterns in hypoplastic left heart syndrome

Left coronary dominance is more prevalent in hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) with mitral stenosis compared to normal hearts. This finding in HLHS may inform treatment strategies for specific subgroups.
