Complement C3 gene polymorphism in renal transplantation (an Iranian experience)

This study investigated the C3 complement gene polymorphism (rs2230199) and its impact on kidney transplant rejection. No significant association was found between C3 variants and acute allograft rejection in recipients or donors.
