  • Effectiveness was assessed using validated questionnaires (UDI-6, IIQ-7) and objective tests (cough stress test, pad-weight test).
  • Main Results:

    • Mean procedure time was 10.6 minutes with minimal blood loss (23.2 mL) and short length of stay (1.3 hours).
    • At 2-year follow-up, 93.5% of patients had negative cough stress tests and 90.3% had pad weights <1g.
    • Significant improvements in UDI-6 and IIQ-7 scores were observed (p < .001), with no serious adverse events reported.

    Conclusions:

    • In-office implantation of the MiniArc single-incision sling is safe and effective for SUI treatment.
    • The procedure demonstrates feasibility as an outpatient option, offering good patient outcomes.
    • This approach provides a viable and less invasive alternative for managing stress urinary incontinence.
