Summary

The Elevate kit shows good functional outcomes for prolapse repair but requires ongoing evaluation for anatomical results. Recurrence rates were 31.3% at one year.

Urogenital prolapse affects a significant number of women.
Surgical repair aims to restore pelvic anatomy and function.
Vaginal approaches are common for prolapse repair.

Purpose of the Study:

To evaluate the anatomical and functional outcomes of vaginal prolapse repair using the Elevate kit.
To assess recurrence rates and complications associated with the Elevate kit.

Main Methods:

Prospective study of 70 patients with symptomatic urogenital prolapse.
Use of Elevate kits for anterior, posterior, and combined repairs.

Main Results:

A 31.3% recurrence rate was observed at 1-year follow-up.
Anterior and posterior shrinkage rates were 68.7% and 31.9%, respectively.
Patients reported improved quality of life but no improvement in sexual function.

Conclusions:

The Elevate kit demonstrates satisfactory functional results in prolapse repair.
Ongoing evaluation of anatomical results is necessary.
The kit is associated with a low exposure rate and manageable complications.
