Purpose of the Study:

  • A survey was conducted among 200 phlebological patients (C2-C6) using compression therapy for over two weeks.
  • Analysis included 110 returned questionnaires.
  • Sub-analyses were performed comparing patients aged ≥60 vs. <60 years and BMI ≥25 kg/m² vs. <25 kg/m².

  • Prescribers, sellers, and manufacturers should adopt a differentiated approach for these patient groups.
  • Further research into appropriate pressure, materials, advice, and assistive devices is recommended to improve adherence and efficacy.
