Summary

Endoscopic thyroidectomy (ET) is a safe and effective surgical option for bilateral thyroid diseases. This minimally invasive approach offers good cosmetic results and a positive prognosis for patients.

  • Group 1 (ET) showed longer operating time, more blood loss, and drainage compared to group 2 (unilateral ET).

  • Temporary complications resolved fully; no recurrence observed, with high patient satisfaction regarding cosmesis and outcomes.
