Abstract:
The problems of chronobiology in chemotherapy are discussed in connection with experimental and clinical experience. Special attention is payed to selected from most commonly applied cytostatics cis-platinum and doxorubicin, their toxicity in different hours of the day and efficacy in treatment of malignant neoplasms in human.
