Excessively high soluble Klotho in patients with acromegaly

Patients with acromegaly have significantly elevated soluble Klotho levels, which are linked to excess growth hormone (GH). Surgical removal of the pituitary tumor normalized these Klotho levels, indicating a direct relationship.
