Summary
This study shows that combining melatonin, vitamin E, and beta-glucan (MEB) with chitin nano-crystals (CN) both topically and orally significantly improves skin hydration, elasticity, and appearance in aging skin. The MEB-CN complex demonstrated superior anti-aging effects without side effects.
